While the exact age statement is unknown, the bourbon is finished for 6 months in French oak barrels, achieving enviable layers of complexity. Bottled at a pleasant 96 proof, the nose greets with honey, vanilla and caramel while the exceptionally smooth palate bears hints of chocolate and oak.
