Description
Mezcal Exiliado is produced by Temo Garca at a small palenque in San Dionisio Ocotepec, a small village in the Sierra Madre mountains in Oaxaca, known around the world for its finest mezcal. Temo uses a traditional method learned from his father, a legendary maestro mezcalero: carefully selected agave hearts, wood fired over volcanic rock, stone ground, fermented in pine barrels, and distilled twice in copper stills. Exiliado Tobasiche Joven Mezcal is crafted using Karwinski agave and aged for 15 years. This artisanal sip clocks in at 47% ABV and has a beautiful earthy character with fruity hints and notes of herbs.
