Old Bardstown Estate Bottled-in-Bond Whiskey pays homage to the legacy of the American Thoroughbred. The bourbon is made from a large amount of malted barley (15%) in the mash, which is fermented with Kentucky limestone water. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled before the bourbon is matured for ten years in new, American oak casks.
