Description
Dried & malted grains are milled, exposing the starches within. Then they add water, cooking the mash in order to convert those starches to sugars. Yeast is then added to the wort in fermenting tanks, starting the fermentation process that converts the sugars to alcohol, and turns the wort into beer. This beer is then distilled. The resultant spirit is then transferred to charred new American Oak barrels, where it matures from 6 months to 2 years or more. Before bottling the spirit is filtered and brought to proof with purified oceanic water.Ready-to-drink cocktails are all the rage, due to their convenience and hassle-free nature.
