It took 3 years of meticulous recipe-testing in order to blend the perfect distillation methods with just the right botanicals. In 2019 Scottish Kings Gin was launched. Distilled in the Scottish Highlands, the gin has 11 botanicals, many of them foraged in Scotland: juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, lime and orange peel, angelica root, licorice root, elderflower, rose petals, aronia berries, and basil. The result is an ultra-premium London dry or as they like to call it Highland dry gin.The spirit is built to have a masterful balance of 6 distinct flavors: juniper, citrus, floral, spice, herbal, and heat. At 92 proof it’s also a perfect cocktail base.
