Se Busca is Spanish for “wanted”. It was also the battle cry of the women that took part in the Mexican Revolution, fighting alongside the men. This mezcal pays tribute to those brave women as well as the rich history, culture, and diversity of Mexico. The premium mezcal is produced in San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico. It’s crafted with 100% agave augustifolia espadin at the family-owned Lopes Sosa palenque, where they have been producing mezcal for over 5 decades. Handcrafted by maestros mezcaleros Rodolfo and Mary Lopez Sosa, the mezcal is the embodiment of the rebellious spirit of the women that fought in the Mexican Revolution. The design features artwork by Oaxaca artist Eduard Ramon Trejo.Se Busca Mezcal Aejo is the oldest, aged expression of their threesome of mezcals. It has spent 2 years in French oak barrels, meaning that rich agave notes have the addition of sweet oak, dates, and raisins on the profile, making for a complex sipper that is bottled at 80 proof.Grab a bottle of this aged tequila today!
