Starward Solera Single Malt Whisky is a double distilled single malt whisky that’s matured for at least 3 years in Apera casks from the McWilliams Winery that have been shaved and re-charred. Apera is an Australian fortified wine, similar to sherry. The casks are blended Solera style, which means a drop of the original cask makes its way to every bottle. The result is a rich and well-balanced whisky with flavors of jammy fruits, creme brle and some spice.
