Willie’s Distillery was established in 2010 by Willie and Robin Blazer with the goal of capturing the spirit of the American West. The Montana-based distillery was founded by Willie and Robin Blazer and is built around a bespoke copper pot still made by Holstein, a family-owned company that has been building world-class spirits stills since 1958. They mill, mash, ferment, and distill corn, barley, and oats on-site, crafting various spirits while supporting the local economy and residents in the process. Willie’s Coffee Cream Liqueur was inspired by a local place in the mountains called Cowboy Heaven, where hot coffee by a campfire is said to taste particularly delicious.
