The distillery is built around a bespoke copper pot still made by Holstein, a family-owned company that has been building world-class spirits stills since 1958. They mill, mash, ferment, and distill corn, barley, and oats on site. Their veteran staff includes previous members of multiple branches of the United States Armed Forces acting in positions ranging from Production to Sales and Management.
