Opened in 2012 by the Wood brothers P.T. and Lee, Woods High Mountain Distillery produces an award-winning range of spirits in an old auto-body shop in Salida, Colorado, at the headwaters of the Arkansas River. While their interest for spirit-making dates back to the late 1990s, P.T. used to be a river guide and homebuilder and Lee was a tech-event organizer.
