Bisquit & Dubouch VSOP Cognac is crafted with grapes from 4 crus: Grande Champagne, Petit Champagne, Fin Bois, and Bon Bois. The wine is distilled twice under the watchful eye of distiller Eric Pinard. Relying on experience, intuition, nose, and palate, instead of fixed parameters, the distillation takes longer than usual, allowing for the full richness of aromas to be extracted.
