The New World Whisky Distillery is focused on crafting innovative and flavorful Australian whisky that is unique and different, coming from a new generation of whisky makers that challenge the rules and conventions of whisky. The limited-edition Starward Vitalis is a celebration of their 15th anniversary. Named after David Vitale Starward’s founder the single malt is matured in a combination of red wine, tawny port, bourbon, (1st and 2nd fill) Apera, and rum casks, making for a rich and fruity whisky with notes of toffee, raisin, chocolate, and tropical fruit.
