Woodford Reserve small batch bourbon whiskeys are crafted from a grain bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, carefully crafted to balance the sweetness of corn, spiciness of rye and nuttiness of malt. The distillery uses one of the longest fermentation processes in the industry, which, paired with the unique yeast strain, creates great depths of character and complexity of flavors. The whiskey is then carefully distilled in batches in pot and column stills.
